Despite being over 20 years old, this is still very much the go to book on the subject, and a must have for anyone with interest in the subject. I will make frequent reference to it in my comments and will refer to it using the abbreviation “Ryan”.
Its 55 pages of mostly black and white drawings and text. And was a remarkable piece of detective work by the author, given the lack of internet at the time.
