“HIGHLAND MOUNTED INFANTRY” / “ALBANY”

Highland Mounted Infantry, Albany. I’m connecting this partial clasp to the Seaforth’s due to the fact they did raise or contribute companies to mounted infantry units during a few campaigns in the late 19th Infantry. I may be wrong and its a colonial clasp, but information appears very scarce.
