Rare variation with a different style of Dragon, I have also observed this dragon on a “The Berkshire Regiment” clasp.
Comparison of the two dragon variations, it may possibly be due to two different makers supplying the 1st and 2nd Battalions, given that the two styles of dragon were used in both “THE” and “ROYAL” versions of the clasps.
